Aerosol cans are received in ADR-approved packaging and recorded by a scanner during a goods receipt inspection. This ensures that key information concerning the materials flow is available at all times.
Following selection by a belt and gateway system, the aerosol cans are fed into the crushing stage. The propellant gas that is released is separated with inert gas in a condensation process and then recovered.
Solid substances are loosened from the product residues of the cans, cleaned and separated into iron, aluminium and plastics. The recovered materials are fed back into the raw materials cycle.
Regenerative thermal exhaust gas post-treatment for exhaust air and residual gases in conjunction with a downstream filter system allows us to keep our emissions below the prescribed emissions levels.
